Sea Shell: Holiday Home in Sicily

Sea Shell holiday home is an apartment for your holidays in Sicily, suitable for families and groups up to 6 people.

On this page we present our home, listing the services we offer, and showing you photos of the interior. The idea of opening the Sea Shell Holiday Home was born mostly from our love for travel and our passion for hospitality.

We think that welcoming tourist is an opportunity for cultural enrichment (a bit like traveling!), and we’re always happy to help our guests to discover and understand all the facets of our land. Our goal is to make your vacation in Sicily an experience to remember with joy.

Basically, we well know that the success of a vacation depends primarily on a serene and comfortable stay!

Welcome in Our Home!

During your holiday, you will use the whole apartment, which consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private garden.

All the privacy of an independent apartment and the support of the hosts for all your needs.

We live in another apartment of the same building, upstairs. The presence of the owners of the home nearby is a strong point of Sea Shell Holiday Home, because if necessary we can immediately meet your needs, while guaranteeing maximum privacy.

The living Room

Sea Shell Holiday Home is located on the ground floor, with independent access from a large atrium that leads directly into the living room. The living room is very large and with high ceilings (this characteristic is always appreciated by our guests).

From this room, you will have the possibility to go to the bedrooms, on one side, and to the other rooms on the opposite side. In the dining area you can find an extendable table for 6 people, while in the relaxation area you can find a sofa and 2 armchairs. Finally, to complete the picture, there is also a large window on the front lawn.

Generally, the home is cool in summer and warm in winter. However, an air conditioning system is present in the living room. In winter, you can also use the radiator system, that is present throughout the home.

The Bedrooms

Sea Shell Holiday Home consist of 2 bedrooms. In the largest room there are a double bed and a single bed with bedside table and lampshades. Here you will also find a wardrobe with sliding doors and a dresser with 6 drawers for your personal belongings. In this room there’s an air conditioner.

The smaller room is the most loved by children (but is perfect for adults too), because of its comfortable bunk bed. The upper bed has a safe metal staircase. In both beds there is a small shelf, a lamp for reading and an electrical outlet. In the room there are also a chest of drawers and a low table. Large groups can also request to use the double sofa-bed placed in the living room.

We will provide you also spare sheets, so you can always have clean bed linen. In the wardrobes you will find additional pillows, bedspreads and blankets.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with storage space and has everything that might be useful during your stay. In fact, in the kitchen you will find dishes and glasses, cups, pots, cutlery, tea towels, and so on.

The appliances, in addition to the hob, are the refrigerator, the freezer and the oven. An electric kettle and a microwave are also available. The sink opens onto a large sliding window overlooking the courtyard. We also provide a washing machine with 6KG capacity, iron and ironing board.

The Bathroom

The bathroom has a window overlooking the internal garden. The sink includes a cabinet with doors, three drawers and a large mirror. There are bidet, bathtub with integrated shower and a high mirror. The bathroom is equipped with bath towel sets, shower gel, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.

The Garden

A short corridor leads to the external area. In the courtyard there are a wooden table and two benches, a large parasol and beach loungers. It’s an ideal place where you can have meals, sip a drink or simply relax after a day at the beach!

The courtyard is in front of a lovely garden, where live delicate gardenia flowers, petunias, ferns, geraniums and hydrangeas. Also, you will find a small lemon tree.
